Track your shipment
You can track the shipment of your order using the UPS Tracking Number.
You can find the Tracking Number in both the My Order area and the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Go to www.ups.com, enter your Tracking Number in the "Tracking or InfoNotice Numbers" window.
The courier delivers during business hours from Monday to Friday and cannot schedule a specific delivery time. The courier will endeavour to deliver your goods for three consecutive working days and for every failed attempt they will leave a delivery failure notification containing their contact details.
Undelivered goods will be returned to our warehouse.
