Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS:

If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise within ten (10) working days from receipt of the products purchased on dhedral.com.

NOTE: Due to health concerns, please make sure that the goods you would like to return are in original condition (unworn and unwashed) and in its original packaging. Goods that have been opened and/or tried are not eligible for refund.

1) If you cancel before we have sent the goods, we will refund you the price of the goods and the cost of delivery.
2) If you cancel after we have sent the goods, we will refund the price of the goods only.
3) We will refund your money within 30 days.
4) If you received free or discounted shipping, then the standard delivery cost will be deducted from the refund total.
5) Gift returns: if you return a Gift please note that the refund will be made to the original purchaser

NOTE: To check the shipping charges that apply to your order, start the process of creating an order, go through to the checkout, select your destination and the cost of delivery will be calculated.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Complete the Return Form
2) Repack the goods in a box or bag and include the Return Form
3) Send the goods back to us by post within 10 days of receipt of delivery to:

Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item.

We reserve the right to charge you for any such lost or damaged goods.

EXCHANGES:

We currently do not offer any exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow our return instruction to send the goods back to us, we will then refund you accordingly. Please place a new order for the item(s) you require.
