2. Sales restrictions

SIDNEY is the exclusive owner of the “D.HEDRAL” registered trademark, and the dominion names “dhedral.com”, “dhedral.it”, “d-hedral.com”, “d-hedral.it”, “hedral.it” and “hedral.com”.
SIDNEY has the right to the exclusive use of the above trademarks, for all products and services for which it is registered, pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 of 10 February 2005 (“The Industrial Property Code”).
Unless otherwise authorized in writing by SIDNEY, the user is not authorized to use any of the above trademarks used to identify products or services even if dissimilar to those offered for sale by dhedral.com.

5. Disclaimer relating to contents and the use of the site

SIDNEY does not guarantee that the contents of the dhedral.com website are lawful in countries other than Italy.
